“ First hot pot experience and I told our server as much. He explained everything, highlighted subtle differences between menu items, let us know what was their most popular items and checked in on us religiously throughout our time there. The flavors and freshness of the protein and vegetables was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect for a family of five celebrating dad's 45th! ”
“ Staff was speedy and attentive. Restaurant was clean and smelled amazing. Get the kobe beef and the miso. Let the miso boil off a bit to concentrate the flavor, cook it for 7 seconds or so, so it's medium/medium-rare, let it sit for 15-20 seconds and then put a small amount of the sesame butter on it. One of the best things I've eaten in quite some time. We got lamb, kobe beef, ribeye, and pork. Lamb and miso was also phenomenal, but the kobe/miso/sesame combo is to die for. ”
